Neil earned a B.S. in Biochemistry with a minor in Computer Science from Clemson University in 2000. He completed his J.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2003. During law school, he served as Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and President of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
