Neil earned his Juris Doctor and launched his legal career with a commitment to immigration law. Before co-founding Fleischer Law Firm, he served as a partner at Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC, where he established the firm’s Immigration Practice Group. His background in both large and boutique firm environments has shaped his responsive and strategic legal approach.
Neil’s practice includes family immigration, fiancé visas, and employment-based visas such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, R-1, and P-1.
