David earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law in 1979. He also holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from Wittenberg University. His academic background supports a well-rounded, strategic approach to legal problem-solving.
Since his admission to the Ohio Bar in 1979, David has focused his practice on immigration law and public interest advocacy. He is known for his client-focused representation and deep commitment to social justice. His work has earned him numerous honors, including the Equal Access to Justice Pro Publico Award and the Advocate of the Year Award from the Dayton Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
David Larson’s dedication extends beyond his legal practice. He has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton and contributed to the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project since 2003. He also supports initiatives such as Welcome Dayton, which promote immigrant integration and community engagement.
