Neil E. Reddien, Esq. is a founding partner of Restaino Reddien LLP, where he focuses his legal practice on estate planning, estate administration, and real estate law. A native of Grand Island, New York, Mr. Reddien brings deep local insight and a strong sense of community to every client matter he handles across the Niagara Falls and Buffalo areas.
Neil earned two degrees summa cum laude from Niagara University—a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice—before receiving his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2009. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010.
Before co-founding his firm in 2013, Neil worked at a leading Western New York estate planning practice. There, he gained extensive experience drafting wills, trusts, supplemental needs trusts, powers of attorney, and other long-term care planning documents. He also led the estate administration department, handling probate and surrogate’s court matters across multiple counties.
Neil is known for developing comprehensive and personalized plans that protect clients’ assets while addressing complex issues such as guardianship proceedings under Articles 17, 17-A, and 81. His detailed and empathetic approach has helped countless families navigate legal and financial transitions with confidence and clarity.
