Neil C. Bonney is a Virginia employment lawyer and founding member of Bonney, Allenberg, O’Reilly, & Eddy, P.C. His work includes representing unions such as AFGE, NAIL, IBEW, NAGE, Tidewater Federal Firefighters, NULEA, and the Metal Trades Council. He has served as a guest speaker for the MSPB, Office of Personnel Management, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Neil C. Bonney is admitted to practice in Virginia, the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Fourth Circuit, Fifth Circuit, and District of Columbia Circuit. He is admitted before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the US Claims Court. His professional work remains focused on federal employment law, labor disputes, and representation of government employees.
