Nedu Igbokwe

Nedu Igbokwe is a results-driven attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, immigration law, personal injury, and civil litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of complex legal matters and is especially known for his dedication to securing the best possible outcome in each case.

Nedu began his academic journey at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems in 2002. He later completed an Executive Certificate in Finance and Accounting from UNL College of Business Administration in 2016. In 2007, he received his JD from Creighton University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Nedu has practiced law for years, appearing in courts across the region. He is admitted to practice before EOIR and all immigration courts, the BIA, Nebraska and Iowa Bars, and several U.S. District Courts, including those in Nebraska and both districts of Iowa. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.

Nedu has successfully tried and settled thousands of cases. Many of his settlements reach into the hundreds of thousands, and he has consistently obtained favorable outcomes in both trial and appeal. His appellate work includes success at the 8th Circuit and various legal boards, such as the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Nedu is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA), Nebraska State Bar Association (NSBA), American Bar Association (ABA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He also holds roles in the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and serves on the board of directors for the American Inn of Court as CLE Chair.
