Nathaniel “Tyler” Lemons is a litigation attorney who handles government enforcement, investigations, health law, trials, and government contracts. He brings strong courtroom experience from federal criminal prosecution and complex investigations. Tyler built his career through public service, trial work, and leadership in major investigations. As a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of North Carolina, he served as Executive Assistant US Attorney. He coordinated with Department of Justice leaders, law enforcement agencies, and state partners. He also led cases from grand jury proceedings through jury verdicts, with work recognized by HIDTA and OCDETF awards for significant results nationwide and abroad.
