Nathaniel F. Nelson is a South Dakota attorney focused on criminal defense and practical legal advocacy for clients facing difficult circumstances. Mr. Nathaniel earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law, earned in 2013 and a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota, also completed in 2013. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Idaho as well. Before founding Nelson Law, he served as an associate Attorney with Rensch Law from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, he opened Nelson Law, where he continues to build a practice centered on client service, careful preparation, and strong courtroom advocacy in South Dakota.
