About
Bryan Schiller is an Arizona attorney focused on personal injury law and automobile diminished-resale-value claims. Through Schiller Accident Injury Law, he represents clients throughout Arizona in matters involving vehicle accidents, motorcycle crashes, bicycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, dog bites, wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, insurance disputes, and bad-faith claims.
Bryan’s education includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, completed in December 1997. He earned a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2001. He became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 2003 and is licensed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. After joining Goldberg & Osborne in 2004, he built extensive experience representing injured clients and guiding cases through investigation, negotiation, litigation, and trial preparation. He later served as Managing Attorney for several firm offices, including Central Tucson, East Tucson, Casa Grande, and Mohave County, developing practical leadership and courtroom-focused judgment.
During that period, Bryan handled significant injury matters and helped secure major recoveries for clients facing serious losses. In 2019, he opened Schiller Accident Injury Law, which continues to serve injury victims throughout Arizona. The practice helps clients pursue compensation after crashes, unsafe property incidents, dog attacks, distracted driving accidents, DUI-related accidents, wrongful death matters, and claims involving diminished resale value after property damage.
Bryan Schiller’s approach is direct, practical, and prepared. He helps clients understand their rights, document injuries and losses, communicate with insurers, evaluate settlement options, and move forward when litigation becomes necessary. His experience across pre-litigation and trial stages allows him to guide clients with clear expectations and steady advocacy. Beyond casework, he remains involved in the legal community through professional memberships, including the State Bar of Arizona, American Association for Justice, and Mohave County Bar Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
