Nathan Ryan LaBar

Nathan Ryan LaBar is a seasoned attorney with over three decades of experience in Florida. He is committed to helping individuals and families whose rights have been violated by employers, insurers, or government entities. His legal work includes representing single parents, employees, and large groups in collective actions against corporations.

Nathan began his academic journey at the University of Florida, where he earned dual undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Economics. He later completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida Law School. He was recognized with honors and received awards such as the Legal Research and Writing Honors Award during his law education.

Nathan handles a wide range of employment-related matters, including class actions, wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour violations, and non-compete disputes. He also advocates for clients in personal injury cases like automobile accidents and negligent retention. He has represented clients in arbitrations, administrative hearings, and both state and federal courts.

Nathan has tried cases in front of juries, judges, administrators, and hearing officers. He has taken on complex cases and guided clients from the early stages of litigation through verdict. He is admitted to practice in Florida State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Nathan actively contributes to his professional community. He has served as Co-Chair of the Orange County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Committee and held positions in groups such as the Florida Bar Labor & Employment Section and Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been honored with the Client Champion Award by Martindale–Hubbell and holds a 10.0 “Superb” AVVO rating.
