Nathan I. North earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Law Journal. He also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from The University of Tennessee.
Before joining Patterson Intellectual Property Law, P.C., Nathan clerked for the Honorable Raymond Chen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. He brings that valuable appellate experience to every client matter, whether advocating at the Federal Circuit or navigating detailed IP infringement disputes. He is known for leveraging his technical acumen and litigation skills to find clear solutions for clients facing intricate IP issues.
In addition to his client work, Nathan I.
