Natalie S. Hiu

Natalie S. Hiu is an experienced attorney concentrating her practice on real estate, business, and commercial transactions. She advises clients on property acquisitions, sales, due diligence, leasing issues, development projects, land registration, and licensing matters. Her real estate work includes preparing subdivision documentation for both resort and residential developments and handling complex commercial lease negotiations for ground leases and space leases. Natalie also represents clients in resolving residential leasing concerns.

Natalie earned her B.B.A. from the University of Hawai‘i in 1982 and her J.D. from the University of Hawai‘i School of Law in 1992. With this academic foundation, she combines business acumen and legal training to offer clients a practical approach to both business operations and property matters. Her background provides her with the tools to address complex real estate and corporate issues with efficiency and clarity.
