About

Craig Ebert is an Associate Attorney at Anderson & Benson. He represents clients in federal immigration courts, district courts, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. His practice also includes criminal defense and civil litigation. He works to protect client rights, explain legal options, and guide people through difficult lawsuits and disputes with care. His work focuses on strong advocacy, careful case preparation, and practical solutions that help clients move forward with confidence every single day.

Craig earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law with High Honors. During law school, he received CALI awards for the highest grade in Constitutional Law II, Land Use Control, and Adoption Law. He also published a law journal article on conservation easement compliance and new technology. Before law school, he earned two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Utah, one in Spanish and one in Political Science, building a strong foundation.

Craig built his legal career through a range of hands-on roles that strengthened his courtroom and case analysis skills. Before joining Anderson & Benson, he worked as a commercial litigation attorney at Larsen & Rico. He also served as a law clerk at Dewsnup, King, & Olsen and as a judicial extern for Judge John Pearce of the Utah Court of Appeals. These roles gave him broad experience in legal research, writing, case strategy, and the professional standards required in complex matters.

Craig Ebert helps people by providing clear legal support in serious, stressful cases. He works with clients before major courts and immigration agencies, helping them understand each stage of the process and prepare strong cases. His background in immigration law, litigation, and criminal defense enables him to address a wide range of legal challenges with care and precision. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar and U.S. federal courts, and he is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
