Natalie F. Grubb

Natalie F. Grubb is a respected Ohio attorney and founder of Grubb & Associates, LPA. For over 30 years, she has advised individuals, businesses, and municipalities across Northeast Ohio. Her practice spans employment and labor law, personal injury, business law, workers’ compensation, and complex litigation.

Natalie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1993. She also holds an M.B.A. in finance and an M.S. in technical education from the University of Akron. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Natalie has extensive experience in employment litigation, representing clients in ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and other discrimination matters. Her background includes serving as VP of human resources for Discount Drug Mart and negotiating numerous union contracts. She is also a trusted legal advisor on labor issues in the public and private sectors.
