Narendra K. Ghosh is a partner at Patterson Harkavy LLP and a highly respected trial and appellate lawyer with more than 15 years of experience. His practice focuses on civil rights, employment law, labor law, workers’ compensation, wage-and-hour claims, and appellate advocacy. Throughout his career, he has represented workers and individuals in complex and high-impact cases, often taking on powerful institutions to protect fundamental rights and ensure fair treatment under the law.
Narendra earned his Undergraduate Degree from Harvard University, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to receive his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. During law school, he worked as a staff member and managing editor of the NYU Review of Law and Social Change, reflecting his early commitment to justice, legal scholarship, and advocacy for underserved communities.
Narendra began his legal career with prestigious federal judicial clerkships after completing his education. He worked as a clerk for the Honorable A. Wallace Tashima of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. These roles provided him with deep insight into trial and appellate litigation, strengthening his analytical skills and courtroom strategy.
Narendra has litigated significant civil rights and employment cases in private practice, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, unfair labor practices, and workers’ compensation disputes.
