Nadya Machrus

Nadya Machrus is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs, where she practices bankruptcy law and represents clients in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and civil litigation. Nadya earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley in 2016, followed by her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2020. Nadya achieved Dean’s List honors throughout law school and graduated with a 3.8 GPA. Before attending law school, Nadya worked as a legal assistant in an employment law firm and at a private investigator’s office. During law school, she expanded her practical experience as an in-house legal intern for a technology manufacturer. She later joined the Law Offices of Geoff Wiggs as a legal intern, remaining with the firm after passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt.

Nadya Machrus is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She is an active member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
