About
Nadia Pazos is the founder of Pazos Law Group and a Florida and New York licensed family law attorney with more than twenty years of litigation experience. Her practice includes high-net-worth divorce, child custody and time-sharing, parenting plans, child support, alimony, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, collaborative divorce, and international family matters. She represents clients facing complex financial, parental, and cross-border disputes.
Nadia earned a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, in 2004 and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 2001. Her education supports analytical reasoning, negotiation, and written advocacy across family-law disputes. That background complements her litigation experience in cases involving business valuations, equitable distribution, hidden assets, parenting issues, and international holdings.
Nadia has practiced family law since 2005, beginning her career in New York and continuing in Florida. Her work includes complex divorce, custody and time-sharing matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, alimony, mediation, collaborative divorce, and international cases involving the Hague Convention. She has served as a Florida family mediator since 2012 and has participated in committee service within The Florida Bar Family Law Section.
Nadia Pazos holds an AV Preeminent peer rating and was selected to Super Lawyers in 2024 after earlier Rising Stars selections in 2018 and 2019. She is a former vice president of the Weston Bar Association. Her practice combines litigation experience, negotiation, mediation, and family-law planning to help clients address significant financial and parenting decisions with structured legal strategy.
