Morgan Seegmiller is a dedicated attorney with a practice spanning civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, bankruptcy, loan modifications, and debtor-related legal matters. Morgan earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2010. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, graduating summa cum laude with a certificate in Small Business and Entrepreneurship. His business background enhances his legal practice, equipping him to understand and address the practical challenges faced by clients, especially those involving real estate and commercial interests.

Before becoming an attorney, Morgan built real-world business and real estate experience as a licensed real estate sales agent with Century 21 Arizona-Foothills and as the owner of a small importing and sales company. Drawing on both legal training and practical business insight, he delivers strategic representation in commercial real estate transactions, contract disputes, debt resolution, and complex business litigation.
