Morgan Maul

Morgan Maul is a skilled attorney with a diverse legal background. He specializes in probate and estate planning, elder and disability law, real estate law, small business law, and mediation. He is known for his integrity and dedication to helping individuals and businesses navigate complex legal matters.

Morgan graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, with his Juris Doctor degree in 2013. He was licensed to practice law in Michigan in 2014, and in 2014 and 2015, he further enriched his legal experience by teaching Criminal and Business Law as an adjunct professor at Park University.

Morgan brings over two decades of real-world experience to his legal practice, drawing on 22 years of active-duty service in the United States Air Force (2001–2023). His military background gives him a deep understanding of the challenges veterans and their families face. As a VA-accredited attorney and proud member of the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), Morgan is uniquely qualified to advocate for veterans’ rights, VA benefits, and military-related legal issues.

Morgan is also an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the West Michigan Estate Planning Council, further showcasing his professional dedication.

In addition to his legal practice, Morgan is a trained mediator in Texas and Michigan. He volunteers his mediation services with Mediation Services of Holland, Michigan, helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
