Patrick G. N. Beddow

Patrick G. N. Beddow is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, real estate, and business law. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance with distinction from Carroll College, where he was also recognized as a Distinguished Military Graduate through the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law in 2011. During law school, Patrick honed his legal expertise as the Business Editor for the Public Land and Resources Law Review.

After graduating, Patrick embarked on a legal career characterized by dedication and professionalism. From 2012 to 2016, he served as an associate at a regional law firm, where he gained significant experience in estate administration, real estate transactions, and mineral title work in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming. From 2016 through 2022, Patrick advanced his career as both an associate and later a partner at a transactional law firm, further solidifying his focus on estate planning, real estate, and business law.

Patrick focuses on modern estate planning and real estate and business law. He creates customized living trusts, designs tax‑efficient succession plans, and handles all aspects of estate administration so clients can protect and transfer their wealth with confidence. In real estate law, he manages property acquisitions, commercial and residential leasing, and easements. Patrick also advises businesses on entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers, providing strategic legal guidance at every stage of growth.
