Mona Amini

Mona Amini is a dedicated consumer protection attorney with extensive experience litigating cases involving unfair debt collection, credit reporting violations, and telemarketing abuses. She represents clients in individual lawsuits and nationwide class actions against major corporations, advocating for consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Amini earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, where she was an Admissions Merit Scholarship Recipient and focused on business law. During law school, she gained valuable legal experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge William M. Monroe and as a legal extern at Kazerouni Law Group, APC. She also contributed to public service through volunteer work at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
