Troy C. Owens is a seasoned Illinois attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing clients in commercial litigation, securities disputes, and personal injury cases. His background includes nearly 13 years as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Boone County, where he gained extensive courtroom and negotiation experience.
