About

Molly S. Turpin is an experienced family law attorney who has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families through divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, adoption, and related matters. For more than a decade, she has represented clients with compassion and determination, including in divorce cases involving complex financial issues. Her courtroom skills and client-centered advocacy have earned her a reputation for providing clear guidance during difficult times.

Molly studied criminal justice and psychology at Endicott College, where she earned her B.A. and was recognized for excellence in her legal internship. Building on this foundation, she went on to earn her J.D. from New England Law – Boston, where she graduated with honors and made the Dean’s List. Her academic training gave her both the analytical skills and human insight needed to advocate effectively in family law disputes.

Before establishing her practice in Hawaii, Molly spent more than seven years representing clients in New Jersey family courts. This early experience allowed her to handle diverse and challenging matters, including custody disputes, alimony claims, and equitable asset distribution. Since relocating to Hawaii, she has continued her work as a senior attorney and active member of the Hawaii Family Bar Association, combining strong trial skills with a practical approach to negotiation and resolution.

Clients turn to Molly S. Turpin for her balance of strength and compassion. She listens carefully, explains options clearly, and works tirelessly to achieve fair and lasting outcomes.
