Molly McKibben

Molly McKibben is a dedicated trial attorney who represents consumers in complex injury litigation. Her practice centers on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, trucking liability, municipal liability, hospitality liability, and products liability. She has helped secure major jury verdicts, including a $55 million verdict in the Erin Andrews v. Marriott case that led to improved hotel safety procedures nationwide.

Molly attended the University of Southern California, where she earned Bachelors of Arts in Print Journalism and Italian. She later pursued her legal education at Pepperdine University School of Law, earning her J.D. and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. During law school, she served as an editor on the Pepperdine Law Review and gained practical experience through judicial and public service roles.

Molly has achieved strong outcomes for clients facing life-changing injuries. She obtained a $5 million jury verdict after a month-long trial involving a fatal tractor-trailer tire explosion. She also secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements in cases involving spinal surgery, traumatic brain injuries, and serious vehicle collisions.
