About
Molly Beck is a partner with Fuller, Williamson, Nelsen & Preheim in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Her practice includes a wide range of litigation, including personal injury, professional liability, employment law, and family law. Molly represents clients in disputes that may require investigation, legal research, negotiation, motion practice, or trial preparation. Her background combines courtroom observation, judicial clerkship experience, and private litigation practice, giving her a practical understanding of how contested matters develop from initial issues through court proceedings.
Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota in May 2014, graduating in the top ten percent of her class with Sterling Honors. During law school, she participated on the trial team and competed in regional and national tournaments. Her academic and advocacy experience provided a strong foundation for legal writing, oral argument, case preparation, and the litigation work that now forms her practice.
After law school, Molly served as law clerk for the judges of the First Judicial Circuit, where she observed hearings and trials, reviewed hundreds of briefs, researched legal issues, and assisted with drafting decisions. She had previously interned with the firm during the summer of 2013 and joined as an associate in August 2015 after completing her clerkship. She became a partner in 2021 and continues to handle personal injury, professional liability, employment, family, and other litigation matters.
Molly’s professional development has included direct exposure to trial advocacy from both the judicial and attorney sides of litigation. She also serves her community through board service with the Family Visitation Center. Molly Beck combines Sterling Honors academic performance, trial-team experience, judicial clerkship work, and private practice to help clients evaluate disputes, understand procedural choices, prepare cases carefully, and pursue practical resolutions when legal matters require negotiation or courtroom advocacy.
