Mr. Hoffman completed his graduation with Honors from the University of the Pacific and earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, he attended evening classes while gaining valuable hands-on experience working full-time at respected Wall Street law firms. This early foundation shaped his understanding of legal practice and prepared him for a broad and successful career.

Mr. Hoffman, admitted to practice in New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts, began his legal career at a Suffolk County firm handling real estate, criminal, personal injury, family, matrimonial, collections, civil litigation, and commercial matters. Since opening his own firm in Babylon in 1989, he has helped thousands of clients across a wide range of legal needs. His work includes estate planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, real estate transactions, business formation, contract drafting, and personal injury claims. He has also provided strong representation to contractors and subcontractors throughout the New York City metro region, reserving their rights through well-structured contracts, mechanic’s liens, arbitration, mediation, litigation, and foreclosure proceedings.
