Mike Rafi

Mike Rafi is the founder and managing partner of Rafi Law Firm, a personal injury law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. He represents clients across the U.S. in cases involving serious injury and wrongful death as a personal injury lawyer. His practice includes car and truck accidents, unsafe properties, dangerous products, and crime victim cases. Since starting his firm, Mike has helped recover more than $150 million for injury victims and their families.

Mike studied at Furman University and earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law. At Furman, he led the Mock Trial Team and worked for U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. While in law school, Mike was a standout on the National Moot Court and Mock Trial Teams. He won multiple competitions and was named “Outstanding Mock Trial Advocate.” He was also inducted into the Lumpkin Inn of Court and the National Order of the Barristers.

Mike began his career at Troutman Sanders LLP, a global law firm with over 600 attorneys. There, he defended large companies in personal injury and commercial cases, including Georgia’s largest electric utility. He was named the firm’s “Legal Aid Fellow” for his work defending low-income tenants from illegal evictions and unsafe living conditions.

Mike Rafi uses that training to fight for injury victims today. He has earned awards from Law.com, Super Lawyers, Atlanta Magazine, and Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite. He also speaks at legal conferences nationwide, sharing insights on trial advocacy, firm leadership, and legal education.
