Miguel F. Martinez is a Founding Partner who has built his legal career on discipline, hard work, and a strong commitment to professional growth. From an early age, he demonstrated academic drive and focus, completing his higher education years ahead of schedule and setting the foundation for a successful legal career.

Miguel enrolled as a full-time college student at the age of 16 and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from the University of Arizona at age 20. He later relocated to the Midwest and graduated early from Indiana University School of Law in 2009. That same year, he was admitted to the practice of law in Indiana at age 24, becoming the state’s youngest licensed attorney at the time.

Miguel teamed up with Jason in 2012 and has primarily focused his practice in Consumer Bankruptcy law and Personal Injury. He represents individuals facing financial hardship as well as those pursuing recovery after serious injuries. He believes effective legal representation requires balancing thoughtful legal strategy with clear communication so clients understand their rights and options.
