Daniel S. Reeker

Daniel S. Reeker is a Nebraska attorney who focuses his practice on immigration law, criminal defense, family law, and general civil litigation. His academic background in negotiation and dispute resolution enhances his ability to guide clients through legal conflicts while working toward efficient and practical solutions.

Before joining Kendall, Crawford & Reeker, PC LLO in 2015, Daniel served as the Managing Attorney at a prominent immigration law firm in Omaha. In that role, he gained extensive experience handling immigration matters and representing clients in complex cases. His litigation background also includes successfully arguing cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court, demonstrating his skill in appellate advocacy and legal analysis.

In addition to his legal practice, Daniel S. Reeker is certified as a Civil and Small Claims Mediator by the Nebraska Supreme Court Office of Dispute Resolution. He is admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is also authorized to practice before the EOIR Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
