Miguel earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas before pursuing his legal education at Texas Southern University. Graduating cum laude in 2018, he received his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Texas Bar the same year. His academic achievements, combined with practical experience in litigation, prepared him to excel in representing clients injured through negligence.

Before focusing on personal injury law, Miguel built a strong, well-rounded legal background. He worked at an immigration law firm, interned at the Frank Crowley Criminal Courts, and handled serious felony drug matters at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Criminal Law Clinic. This hands-on courtroom experience sharpened his trial advocacy skills and deep understanding of client needs—insight he now uses every day to fight for injured clients in personal injury cases.
