Miguel earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas before pursuing his legal education at Texas Southern University. Graduating cum laude in 2018, he received his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Texas Bar the same year. His academic achievements, combined with practical experience in litigation, prepared him to excel in representing clients injured through negligence.

Before entering personal injury practice, Miguel gained diverse legal experience, working at an immigration law firm, interning at the Frank Crowley Criminal Courts, and assisting with felony drug cases at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Criminal Law Clinic. These experiences strengthened his understanding of courtroom advocacy and client needs, skills he now applies in personal injury litigation.

As a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Miguel is actively engaged in the professional community.
