About

Michelangelo Croce is the managing attorney of Croce & Associates in Miami Lakes and focuses his practice on US immigration and nationality law. He represents families, businesses, and individuals in permanent residence matters, family-based and employment-based immigration, temporary visas, investor visas, waivers, citizenship and naturalization, asylum, and deportation or removal defense. His work includes immigration court representation and planning for clients whose business, family, or personal goals depend on lawful immigration status.

Croce earned a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Criminology and Spanish from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He completed additional study in Quebec Civil Law at the University of Montreal. His academic training in law, languages, and comparative legal systems supports a practice involving international clients, government agencies, immigration procedures, and documentation that can span multiple jurisdictions and cultural settings.

Croce worked in federal law enforcement before becoming an attorney, including service with US Customs and the Bureau of Diplomatic Security. That background provided firsthand exposure to government procedures and enforcement systems. In immigration practice, he has handled business visas, investor matters, family immigration, extraordinary ability cases, consular processing, waivers, asylum, and removal proceedings. He is admitted in Florida and to the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Michelangelo Croce is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served on its ICE-ERO Liaison Committee. He works with clients in several languages and maintains a practice designed around communication, case access, and clear explanation of immigration steps. His combined immigration experience, government background, and multilingual ability help clients evaluate available pathways, prepare filings, respond to enforcement concerns, and pursue long-term immigration objectives.
