Michael T. Russell

Michael T. Russell is an Estate Planning Lawyer and member attorney at Pease Mountain Law, PLLC in Hinesburg, Vermont. From 2010 through 2012, he served as general counsel and chief operating officer for New England Air Systems. He returned to private practice in 2013 and established a Bristol office in 2014. His work includes probate litigation, estate administration, trusts, business formation, corporate governance, property disputes, zoning, and commercial transactions.

Michael T. Russell has served Champlain Valley families and businesses for more than 27 years. He belongs to the Vermont Bar Association and the American Bar Association. His community service includes board and committee roles involving schools, zoning, trails, local organizations, and the Charlotte Food Shelf.
