Jonathan M. Stebbins

Jonathan M. Stebbins is a Vermont real estate lawyer who represents clients in residential and commercial property matters. Jonathan earned a BS from the University of Vermont School of Natural Resources in 1998. He later completed a four-year registered law office study program after beginning work in the legal field in 2001. He was admitted to the Vermont Bar in June 2006. His education in natural resources and legal training support his understanding of property development, land use rules, zoning requirements, and the practical issues that can affect Vermont real estate.

Jonathan began his legal work in litigation before shifting his focus exclusively to real estate matters in 2003. Before practicing law, he spent three years promoting Vermont’s ski industry through the Vermont Ski Areas Association.
