Michael S. Elstein is a highly experienced Florida attorney devoted to personal injury and workers’ compensation law. During his studies, he clerked for the Honorable David L. Levy of the Third District Court of Appeal and the Honorable William M. Hoeveler of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making.

Michael began his legal career in 1996 after admission to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
