Michael S. Baldwin

Michael S. Baldwin is the founding member of Baldwin Legal Services PLLC in Troy, Michigan. His practice includes insurance disputes, personal injury, criminal defense, Social Security disability, and probate and estate administration. Insurance law is a major part of his work, especially when policyholders face disagreements with insurers about coverage or payment. He represents individuals involved in litigation and uses a broad civil and criminal background to evaluate legal options.

Michael earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002 and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Insurance Law at the same institution in December 2013. While in law school, he worked with the Michigan Department of Attorney General on appellate research and briefing.
