Michael R. Limrick is an attorney whose practice includes appellate matters, commercial real estate disputes, government-related litigation, manufacturing conflicts, and lawyer liability cases. Mike earned a B.A. from Marietta College in 1998. He later earned a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law. After completing law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Theodore Boehm at the Indiana Supreme Court. In addition to his legal practice, he frequently writes and speaks about trial and appellate practice topics.
Mike has extensive experience with appellate litigation and regularly represents clients in state and federal appellate courts. His commercial real estate work includes handling disputes involving lease covenant enforcement. He has also represented clients involved in matters concerning municipalities, county government, utilities, and regulatory agencies.
Mike’s experience in manufacturing and supply chain disputes covers a broad range of industries and business relationships. His work has included contract disputes, quality and pricing disagreements, arbitration proceedings, warranty claims, intellectual property litigation, and conflicts involving suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and transportation providers. He has represented businesses connected to automotive, aerospace, defense, retail display, and alternative-fuel transportation sectors.
Mike has also handled litigation involving lawyers and law firms in both state and federal courts. His practice includes matters related to professional responsibility claims and legal liability issues.
