Michael R. Kalish

Michael R. Kalish is a skilled Las Vegas attorney with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, business transactions, and regulatory compliance. Known for his detail-oriented and business-focused approach, Michael advises clients on complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, and land use issues. He provides practical legal solutions tailored to the goals of developers, gaming resorts, private equity firms, and regulated businesses across Nevada.

Michael earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012 and a B.A. in Accountancy from the University of San Diego in 2008.

Michael’s experience includes serving as in-house corporate counsel for Foley Family Wines and Epic Wines & Spirits, where he led high-value real estate and corporate deals. His practice has included the acquisition of over 500 acres of real estate and multiple wine brands. At Reisman Sorokac, Michael represents clients in major commercial transactions, licensing, zoning, and general business matters. He has played a key role in landmark deals, including multiple billion-dollar resort sales and acquisitions in Las Vegas and large-scale industrial developments in California.

In addition to his transactional work, Michael supports clients in business licensing, compliance, zoning, healthcare law, and governmental affairs, often acting as outside general counsel.

Michael R. Kalish is admitted to practice in Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. He donates time to the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Ask-A-Lawyer program and serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas–Clark County Library District Foundation.
