Michael Lundy

Michael Lundy is a founding and managing partner of Older Lundy Koch & Martino, Attorneys at Law, who has practiced law since 1999 and has focused primarily on marital and family law since 2003. His work combines negotiation with litigation when court intervention becomes necessary. His background in corporate and M&A matters supports his handling of cases involving complex financial questions, forensic accounting, and business valuation issues. He approaches each matter by considering the client’s circumstances while developing a strategy suited to the dispute.

Mr. Lundy earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a B.A. from Yale University. During law school, he served as an Associate Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and became a member of the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Georgia.

Mr. Lundy focuses on marital and family law matters and believes many disputes, particularly those involving children, are better resolved by families rather than courts. He seeks amicable solutions when circumstances permit but remains prepared to litigate contested matters. His professional memberships include The Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar, the New York Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and family law sections of Florida and Hillsborough County bar organizations. His prior professional service includes roles with collaborative law and family law organizations.

Michael Lundy brings experience in family law, corporate matters, and litigation to cases involving difficult financial and marital issues. His prior service includes membership on the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals board and the Executive Council of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Family Law Section. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Spring of Tampa Bay and previously chaired that board. His practice remains centered on resolving marital and family disputes through practical settlement strategies or courtroom advocacy when litigation becomes necessary.
