Kathleen Egan

Kathleen Egan is an Oklahoma family law attorney and partner at Bundy whose practice includes family law, mediation, civil justice, and appeals. She began her career at a boutique family law practice on Long Island. After returning to Oklahoma, she spent about a year in personal injury before returning to family law in 2015. Her work includes complex divorce matters, business valuation issues, custody disputes, appellate cases, and mediation. She is board-certified in family law trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Egan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She later received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Touro Law School. Her legal education prepared her for work involving complex family disputes, litigation, legal writing, and appellate advocacy.

Egan has a family law practice that covers divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, paternity, relocation, and prenuptial agreements. It extends to asset division, spousal support, modifications, business valuation, domestic violence, and enforcement of court orders. She has pursued advanced training in complex divorce issues, including business valuation. She is certified as a mediator through the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Her appellate experience includes published Oklahoma cases involving family law and adoption issues.

Kathleen Egan is admitted in Oklahoma, New York, and Arkansas. She is admitted before the US Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and federal district courts in Oklahoma. Her professional affiliations include the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, where she is a Fellow. She continues to represent clients in family law trials, mediation, civil matters, and appeals while drawing on extensive litigation and writing experience.
