His real estate work includes commercial and residential transactions, landlord-tenant matters, real estate disputes, and issues involving deeds and title, while his business practice includes entity formation, contracts, financing, and business sales.

Michael Lichtmacher is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and has written on financial regulation, including fiduciary and best-interest standards affecting retail investors.
