Michael Gumprecht

Michael Gumprecht is the founding attorney of The Gumprecht Law Firm and focuses his practice on representing injured people in Georgia. His work includes car, motorcycle, truck, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents, along with dog bites, burn injuries, construction accidents, and other serious injury claims. He draws on litigation experience and technical knowledge to investigate evidence, address insurance-company defenses, and prepare cases for settlement negotiations or trial when necessary.

Michael earned a J.D. from Liberty University and completed its Lawyering Skills Certificate program. He served as Attorney General of the Student Bar Association and received a Dean’s Scholarship. He earned a B.A. from Cedarville University, where he served as class president, appeared on the Dean’s High Honor List, and received a President’s Scholarship. His academic training supports a practical approach to legal analysis, advocacy, and case preparation.

Michael began his career at a small general practice firm outside Atlanta, handling matters ranging from disputes to emergency court hearings. He later narrowed his work to protecting injured clients and pursuing settlements and verdicts. His computer background includes data-center engineering, programming, and cryptanalysis, experience that supports his use of digital evidence. He is admitted in Georgia and New York and before several state and federal appellate and trial courts.

Michael Gumprecht has received recognition including membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Stars selections from 2018 through 2023, and Georgia Trend Legal Elite recognition.
