Michael G. Day

Michael G. Day is the president and principal of The Law Offices of Michael G. Day and Associates, P.C., based in Hagerstown, Maryland. He serves clients across Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett, and Washington counties. Day has practiced law in Western Maryland since 1976, with experience in corporate, real estate, and civil law. Since 1994, his firm has focused on elder law, including estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid issues, and long-term care concerns.

Day is a graduate of Fort Lewis College and the University of Denver Law School.
