Ashley Wilburn is a partner and founder of Wilburn Law Office, LLC in Hagerstown, Maryland. Prescott at the Connecticut Appellate Court, then returned to Hagerstown to clerk for the Honorable M. Kenneth Long at the Washington County Circuit Court. She later represented the Washington County Department of Social Services in child welfare matters and has served as a court-appointed mediator since 2019.
Ashley Wilburn is admitted to practice in Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association, and she has served on the Washington County Human Trafficking Task Force.
