Michael S. Fox

Michael S. Fox focuses his legal practice on workers’ compensation and employers’ liability matters in Maryland. He works with employers, insurance carriers, and self-insured organizations on a wide range of workers’ compensation issues. His experience includes helping clients address claims efficiently while working to reduce legal and financial risks. Over the years, he has built substantial knowledge in this area of law and has represented clients through many stages of the claims process.

Michael earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2003. He later received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2006. Following his legal education, he was admitted to practice in Maryland in 2006.

Michael regularly appears before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission to handle contested matters and other claim-related proceedings. He also represents clients in courts across Maryland when workers’ compensation decisions are challenged. His experience extends to appellate matters before the Appellate Court of Maryland and the Supreme Court of Maryland. Through this work, he assists clients in navigating complex legal issues and defending their interests throughout the litigation process.

Michael advises employers, insurance professionals, and risk management personnel on practical approaches to handling workers’ compensation claims.
