Anthony J. D’Alessandro is an attorney whose practice focuses on workers’ compensation and employers’ liability matters. He represents insurers, self-insurers, employers, and municipalities in the defense of workers’ compensation claims. His work includes appearances before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission as well as advocacy in appellate courts throughout the state. In addition to workers’ compensation matters, he is involved in cases related to asbestos exposure, latent disease claims, and toxic tort litigation.
Anthony earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from George Washington University in 1996. He later received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1999. His educational background provided a strong foundation for a legal career focused on litigation and workplace-related claims.
Anthony has extensive experience handling disputes from the early stages of a claim through the appellate process. His legal practice involves working with a wide range of clients facing complex workplace injury matters. He also assists clients with legal issues connected to occupational disease and other long-term exposure claims. Anthony was admitted to practice in Maryland in 1999. Since then, he has represented clients in proceedings before administrative bodies and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland. His practice continues to center on workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, asbestos matters, latent disease claims, and toxic tort cases. Anthony J.
