Michael F. McNamara, Attorney at Law, CPA-Ret., has practiced law in Arizona for more than three decades, focusing on serious personal injury and insurance litigation. His work centers on medical malpractice, psychiatric and psychological malpractice, and complex catastrophic injury claims. He has secured multiple multi-million dollar recoveries through verdicts and settlements for injured individuals and grieving families.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1980. He became a Certified Public Accountant (Retired) in Arizona in 1982. In 1986, he received a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tulsa Law Review.
Michael has developed deep experience in traumatic brain injury cases, including birth injury claims involving acquired brain damage. He is a member of the North American Brain Injury Society (NABIS) and the Brain Injury Association of Arizona (BIAAZ). His practice often involves wrongful death cases and other life-altering injuries that require detailed investigation and strong courtroom advocacy.
Michael’s background also includes representing major insurance companies across the United States in coverage disputes, property and business loss claims, environmental mass tort matters, civil rights actions, public entity liability, product liability, and medical anti-trust cases.
