Michael D. Ainbinder is a distinguished California attorney who has devoted nearly 45 years to representing injured workers and consumers. Since founding his practice in 1973, he has handled over 10,000 cases, advocating tirelessly for justice and fair compensation. A proud graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Michael built his legal foundation with a focus on litigation and advocacy. His career has spanned arguments before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Municipal and Superior Courts, the California Court of Appeal, and even the Supreme Court of Wyoming. His extensive courtroom experience has shaped him into one of the most respected voices in his field.
Over the decades, Michael has successfully tried hundreds of cases and secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements for clients. His exceptional results and unwavering dedication earned him membership in the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction awarded to fewer than one percent of U.S. attorneys. His service also includes time as Judge Pro Tem for the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Municipal Court, and as a Superior Court Arbitrator and Mediator.
In addition to his legal accomplishments, Michael D. Ainbinder has shared his knowledge as a professor of Torts and mentor to numerous attorneys, many of whom have gone on to become judges or firm partners. Now semi-retired and serving in an “of counsel” role, he continues to assist the firm when needed.
