James M. Burns is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Genova Burns LLC. With decades of legal experience, he focuses on commercial and regulatory litigation, health care law, insurance law, and labor and employment matters. Burns earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
