Michael B. Decembrino Jr.

Michael B. Decembrino Jr. is a Jacksonville litigation lawyer and an associate at Holland & Knight LLP who handles commercial disputes in state and federal courts locally and nationally. He represents clients in business, banking, real estate, insurance, contract, class action matters, and entertainment & sports law. He also advises on non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, business torts, shareholder disputes, negligence, and product liability. His practice includes counseling equipment manufacturers, distributors, and dealers on state regulatory requirements and related controversies across regulated industries.

Michael earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated second in his class. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude in Politics from Washington and Lee University. He served as a judicial extern to federal Judge Timothy J. Corrigan and Florida Judge Robert M. Dees. Michael B. Decembrino Jr. has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2024 through 2026 and received the ABA Military Pro Bono Project Outstanding Services Award in 2025. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, and Jacksonville Bar Association.
