Michael A. Serrano

Michael A. Serrano, Esq., is an experienced personal injury and employment law attorney serving clients across Florida. With more than 21 years of legal practice, he focuses on representing individuals and families in serious injury cases, workplace disputes, and complex litigation. Mr. Serrano is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit. His practice at Serrano Law Trial Attorneys is built on strong trial skills, detailed case preparation, and dedicated client advocacy in employment and personal injury law.

Mr. Serrano earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2001. He completed his B.S. in Psychology at Florida State University in 1996 and later earned a Post-Baccalaureate concentration in Chemistry in 1997. During law school, he received a Public Service Scholarship in recognition of his commitment to community-focused work. His educational background supports his ability to analyze complex legal and medical issues in injury and employment cases.

Mr. Serrano began practicing law in 2001 and quickly gained courtroom and litigation experience. By 2007, he had become a partner at a startup law firm, and in 2012, he founded his own practice. His work is primarily focused on personal injury litigation and trials, including cases involving car accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and insurance disputes. He is known for handling cases from investigation through trial with careful strategy and persistence.
